Cancellation Policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours (1 day) before the beginning of your appointment. Rescheduling or cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain smooth operations. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be subject to a Late Check-In Fee: 5 minutes late — $10 10 minutes late — $15 15 minutes late - $20 If arrival exceeds 15 minutes without notice, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a no-show, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. A new appointment must be scheduled, and a new deposit will be required to confirm it. Deposits & Refunds A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost. All deposits are non-refundable. To retain your deposit, clients must arrive on time and comply with the 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. By completing your booking, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all policies listed above, including the non-refundable deposit policy.
