Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24hr) before the beginning of your appointment. (Non-Refundable) A deposit is required upon booking services. Cancellation Policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours (1 day) before the beginning of your appointment. Rescheduling or cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain smooth operations. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be subject to a Late Check-In Fee: 5 minutes late — $10 10 minutes late — $15 15 minutes late - $20 If arrival exceeds 15 minutes without notice, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a no-show, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. A new appointment must be scheduled, and a new deposit will be required to confirm it. Deposits & Refunds A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost. All deposits are non-refundable. To retain your deposit, clients must arrive on time and comply with the 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. By completing your booking, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all policies listed above, including the non-refundable deposit policy.
